The room was brand-new with lovely beds. Easy check in and late check out.

The hotel was placed in the central location close to the airport for our return flight to Europe. The pool bar was superb and the staff were attentive.

tbh, had an excellent stay out of service during my entire stay. staff and food were very good and i appreciated that the place was fairly clean. the restaurant was great for buffet breakfast at restaurant here, i had amazing dishes. got exceptionally comfortable bed and big size bathroom.

It is low budget venue in an easy location near the highway, the services it offers are good.

Fairly clean quiet little hotel in every way. The breakfast was tasty and light with plenty of options.

Normal double, large room with comfortable beds, balcony plus good shower. Generally everything was modern, nonetheless the bathroom was poor.

The location was absolutely gorgeous and room was air-conditioned, I loved exceptionally accommodating staff.

excellent value for money considering prices in cancun. centrally located and impressive hotel with cheerful staff. room was gorgeous, which also was light. breakfast was surprisingly good, they offered fresh bread, cereals, bakery and fresh fruit. efficient check-out too. the location couldn't be more impeccable.

I have stayed here before, it's still a pleasant hotel. The service was all in all great!

The staff was PARTICULARLY HELPFUL, the room was light, reasonably priced. The staff did all they can for an awesome stay. Excellent view, a charming balcony, cozy bed, too. Practical hotel centrally located in the city. Pool and main bar were available.

Extremely polite staff, spacious bathroom & super beds - all for a fairly nice stay. The beach restaurant offered excellent dishes, and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was centrally situated.

This hotel was convenient base for exploring Cancun, liked it. Its staff was COURTEOUS & accommodating.

Communication was challenging, signal was not very good.

Very good value for money, taking into account other Cancun's options. Obliging staff, the room was non-smoking and I liked picturesque location. Outstanding view of ocean. Snack bar and good pool. Not to mention fast wifi!

Our favorite hotel in Cancun, stuff was helpful. The property had terrace. Our kudos go to bartender for the hospitality! Pool bar with reasonably priced drinks.

Free WiFi was working perfectly. Local fast food option Los de Pescado was 15 minutes walk away.

The street outside is quite noisy. We thought our air conditioning had a problem, it was a bit noisy.

The pool looked amazing. We loved rooms and the food here...
